We want you to love your purchase from Network Clothing. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 daysof the original purchase date.
- The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, altered or show signs of wear and tear may not be eligble for return.
- We do not accept returns on inrimate apparel, swimwear or final sale items unless they are defective or damaged.
Return process:
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Info.networkclothing@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Descripe your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2. Our customer support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
4. Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
5. Ship the package back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method.
6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.

Non-refundable Items:
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable
